CRUX art inc. is founded by Philippa Jones and Kym Greeley, dedicated artists and administrators, with over 20 years experience.

CRUX reinforces our status as a province in Newfoundland and Labrador of exceptional artists on a global stage by; providing artists international creation and presentation opportunities; and by presenting and hosting international artists.

We cultivate our province as a sustainable base for our artists to stay and build an international career, confident in the accessibility of resources, materials, professional development and connections. 

We are committed to sustained relationships with artists over time: creating art is a generous act of vulnerability, support and care builds trust, enabling artists to flourish and community engagement and dialogue to deepen.

CRUX is excited by the creative leaps artists make in unconventional environments, presenting outside the white box directly to the community, accessible art that is critically, aesthetically, culturally valuable and sustainable.
